Dillon Stambler is a Partner at Creative Renewable Solutions, LLC, specializing in Project Finance and Development. Dillon has extensive experience valuating solar, wind, and storage assets - optimizing tax equity, debt, and offtake structures - with a strong understanding of how individual asset metrics roll up into portfolio valuations. Prior to his current role, Dillon was a member of the Finance and Customer Energy Solutions teams at Sol Systems and later a member of the Structured Finance team at Pattern Energy Group. At Sol Systems, Dillon helped the company establish its on-site development portfolio working on multi-state rooftop developments for large C&I customers. At Pattern, Dillon interfaced with groups across the organization, supporting the development, acquisition, financing, and sale of renewable energy assets. In 2019, Dillon supported a core management-led team on the eventual all-cash take-private transaction in which the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (“CPPIB”) acquired Pattern Energy.
Dillon joined CRS as it formed in 2020 and serves as a Partner, leading client engagements from contract set up through engagement execution.
